Rescheduling & Cancellations

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur. You have until 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or rebook. You can make changes by calling us.

If you completely miss an appointment and you did not call us 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged $70 for your missed appointment unless you have a valid reason.

Driving South on CA-73

  • * Take the La Paz exit (NOT Pacific Park Drive)
  • * After exiting the toll road, turn left on La Paz
  • * Drive approximately 1 block, then turn right on Moulton
  • * At the next light, turn right on Oso Parkway/Pacific Park
  • * Drive 1 block, then turn right on Mareblu
  • * Turn right into the first driveway
  • * Covered parking and elevator access is available at the end of the driveway, under the building

Driving North on I-5

(Google Maps may direct you to take the 73 North, but you will travel less than 2 miles and still have to pay the toll!)

  • * Take the Oso Parkway exit (after Crown Valley Parkway)
  • * Turn left on Oso Parkway (Oso becomes Pacific Park)
  • * Drive approximately 2 miles (cross Moulton Parkway)
  • * Turn right on Mareblu
  • * Turn right into the first driveway

Payment Options:

We accept personal checks, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Insurance Information

In general, payment is due at time of service. While we do not bill insurance for our patients, we will provide a statement sheet (a.k.a. superbill) that can be easily submitted to one's insurance company for reimbursement. Most major insurance companies cover chiropractic treatment. At present, we are not members of any HMO or PPO organizations.

Medicare

We are a Non-Participating Provider, which means the patient pays us at the time of the visit, and we will bill Medicare for them. Medicare will reimburse the patient directly. Medicare will usually send the final billing information along to any secondary insurance a patient may have. Please Note: Medicare does not cover the cost of your initial visit, second visit, or any x-rays that may be necessary.

Personal Injury Cases

Our office policy is to not accept third-party liens in personal injury cases. We will bill your automobile insurance MedPay policy, or if none is available, your health insurance plan if applicable. Otherwise, payment will be due at the time of service for any uncovered balances.

Worker's Compensation Cases

Unfortunately, we no longer serve worker's compensation cases in our office.
